CDE and Walker Quarries are delighted to invite you to visit its site near Wallerawang in New South Wales for a tour of the wash plant and product offering. CDE worked alongside Walker Quarries’ to design the right solution to meet their needs which included maximising water recovery as well as increasing plant capacity. 

200tph Sand Wash Plant:

Come along to see how this 200tph sand wash plant is making two sands as well as six aggregate products to be used in the local construction industry. The wash plant comprises of our M-Series M4500 modular wash plant, an AggMax™ logwasher scrubbing and classification system, an AquaCycle™ high-rate thickener, and a filter press sludge dewatering system. We will also demonstrate how the CDE SmartTech plant management app is enabling the Walker Quarries team to better understand their plants performance, as well as allowing them to make data informed decisions to increase productivity, improve operational efficiency and maximse up-time.
