Recommended Parts List (RPL)

As part of our pro-active approach to ensure maximum plant efficiency we provide a detailed Recommend Parts List (RPL) for all plant installations. The RPL provides CDE customers with all the individual parts on their processing plant and acts as an ongoing point of reference when contacting our CustomCare Team for order and delivery of parts.

• The RPL includes every wearable part with recommended hours for a replacement.
• Use RPL to select the items for which you require a price.

Order History

The CustomCare team hold a complete order history for plant parts, ensuring easy re-ordering and enabling our service engineers to maintain a complete picture of your plant performance.

Stock of Common Parts

We hold a stock of common parts for immediate delivery including screen media, cyclone parts, marsh mallow springs, motors, and gearboxes. We make every effort to hold a wide range of these parts in stock.
